QuiPalermo is a civic-urban portal operated by Quantum Code Technologies Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales, Company Number 17317573, with its registered office in Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@qc-tech.co.uk.

Use of the website quipalermo.it implies full acceptance of these Terms.

QuiPalermo provides: a civic map of city reports, aggregation of local events and news, a directory of commercial businesses, and a review system. The service is provided "as is", with the aim of offering useful information to residents, without guarantee of completeness or absolute accuracy of data aggregated from third-party sources (OpenStreetMap, Google Places, RSS feeds from local news outlets).

Use of the service by persons under 18 is permitted only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who assumes responsibility for such use.

By publishing a report, event, review or any other content, the user declares that the content is truthful, does not infringe third-party rights and does not violate applicable laws. QC Tech reserves the right to moderate, reject or remove any content at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons, in particular in the case of offensive, false, defamatory content or content infringing the privacy of others (e.g. recognisable faces or licence plates in photographs).

The user is solely responsible for published content.

Reports published on QuiPalermo are for informational and civic awareness purposes. QuiPalermo is not an official channel of the Municipality of Palermo or any public body, and does not guarantee that reports will be taken up by the competent authorities.

Businesses listed in the "Explore" section may in part be imported automatically from public sources (OpenStreetMap) and verified via third-party services (Google Places). An owner may "claim" their listing to confirm its accuracy. The accuracy of unclaimed listings is not guaranteed.

The Premium plan (monthly or annual subscription) is managed via Stripe Inc. Renewal is automatic unless cancelled by the user before the end of the current period. The right of withdrawal for consumers is governed by applicable Italian and European law.

Events published with the paid "featured" option (one-off payment) are managed via Stripe. Payment does not guarantee specific visibility results, but priority of publication according to the criteria described at the time of purchase.

It is prohibited to: publish false, defamatory, offensive or illegal content; use the service for purposes other than those provided; attempt unauthorised access to systems or data; use bots or automated systems to publish content in bulk without authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QC Tech is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service, from the accuracy of data aggregated from third-party sources, or from service interruptions.

QC Tech reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, and to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated appropriately.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Palermo shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules providing for a different forum (consumer's place of residence).
